Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is seeking a Program Coordinator, Stewardship in Seattle to manage daily administrative tasks and cross-team projects within the Data Philanthropy program. You will support stewardship activities, donor recognition, and data hygiene while collaborating across Philanthropy programs.

Hybrid role with two in-office days weekly at South Lake Union; strong writing, organizational, and CRM skills are essential. Travel and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• One year work experience.
• Experience supporting donor engagement or stewardship is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support donor stewardship activities, including impact reporting, endowments, engagement, recognition and acknowledgement.
• Maintain donor data tracking, coding, auditing and mailing list oversight.
• Coordinate donor stewardship and recognition efforts, including gift programs and welcome/renewal communications.
