Odyssey is seeking a Program Control Analyst who will provide on-site project management and financial analysis for our CCN2 portfolio in Niceville, FL. Duties include contract accounting, reporting, and budget variance analysis with emphasis on travel management.

This role offers growth in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and collaborative requirements. US citizenship and Secret clearance are required; BS in Accounting/Finance/Business and 5+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: US citizen.
• Clearance: Secret Clearance.
• BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis or cost analysis.
• DoD Acquisition experience preferred; accounting/audit experience helpful.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint and Cognos reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project financial data and prepare forecasts and reports.
• Apply financial control procedures and forecast to ensure budget alignment.
• Provide internal financial reporting and leadership-ready presentations.
• Coordinate travel funding and cost reporting with stakeholders.
• Communicate risks and deviations to program leadership.
• Support TWES A&A Tool and JOCAS interactions as needed.
