Job summary

ITC Defense is hiring a Junior Project Control Analyst to support program management, budgeting, and financial reporting. The role emphasizes data analysis, task-order tracking, and collaboration with Contracts/Subcontracts teams in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, strong Excel skills, and the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Secret clearance. Hybrid work arrangement in Maryland is available, with on-site activities several days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong Excel and Office Suite skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Ability to analyze data and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and track program budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate deliverables across management, customers, and subcontractors.
• Support documentation, data management, and government processes.
• Utilize Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps for analysis.
• Support budget development, forecasts, and labor-hour allocation.
• Review invoices and assist with subcontract modifications.
