Job summary

Everforth ECS Federal is seeking a Program Control Analyst to support federal government clients with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting. This hybrid role requires 3 onsite days at our Fairfax, VA and/or Ashburn, VA locations and involves coordinating with program managers to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4+ years of program or project control experience in government contracting.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint and Oracle.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead program control activities including budgeting, forecasting, EAC development, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports with cost and schedule performance metrics.
• Monitor contract funding, burn rates, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and charge number structures.
• Coordinate with Program and Project Managers to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Prepare and review contract deliverables including CDRLs, status reports, and financial exhibits.
• Support proposal development including BOE preparation, pricing, and cost volume development.
• Analyze subcontractor costs and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFAR, and company policies and procedures.
• Mentor and guide junior program control analysts.
