Odyssey is seeking a Program Control Analyst to provide on-site project management and financial coordination for the CCN2 portfolio in Niceville, FL. The role focuses on contract accounting, reporting, and budget variance analysis with travel planning as a key component.

The successful candidate will demonstrate analytical rigor and the ability to work independently and within a team, in a hybrid work setting requiring three on-site days weekly.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 1+ year of DoD FP&A/financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform project financial analysis and forecasting for CCN2 portfolio.
• Ensure funding availability and adjust budget plans to meet contract requirements.
• Provide internal financial reporting and leadership-ready presentations.
• Coordinate travel funding and expense reporting with government and subcontractors.
