Job summary

Partners in Care Foundation in California is seeking an administrative professional to support waivers and community services—handling intakes, referrals, and inquiries with care. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree preferred in health and human services, two years’ experience in billing and treatment authorization processing, strong Excel skills, and bilingual Spanish.

This is a hybrid position with two days at the San Fernando office, delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in health and human services related field.
• Experience: Two years of experience required in billing, treatment authorization processing and administrative support functions.

Responsibilities

• Process all intakes, referral and inquiry calls related to waiver and community services
• Assess all inquiries for service that come into the waiver; route appropriately
• Maintain log of client intakes and waiting list
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Tech savvy, will be working with various systems simultaneously
• Hybrid position 2 days at the San Fernando office required
• Takes pride in providing the best customer service
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
• Proficiency with Excel required
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
