Job summary

La Familia seeks an Intake & Programs Administrator to serve as the front-line contact for Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health and Community Mental Health Support programs. You will greet clients, handle referrals, schedule appointments, and coordinate crisis screening and crisis response when needed.

This role supports data entry in Salesforce, invoicing, office operations, calendar management, and collaborative projects while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years in a behavioral health receptionist/intake role or

Responsibilities

• Greet staff, visitors, and clients warmly in person and over the phone; answer questions or refer inquiries.
