Qualifications

• Two years of experience in billing, treatment authorization processing and administrative support.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days per week in the San Fernando office.

Responsibilities

• Process all intakes, referral and inquiry calls related to waiver and community services.
• Assess all inquiries for service that come into the waiver; route appropriately.
• Maintain log of client intakes and waiting list.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech savvy; will be working with various systems simultaneously.
• Takes pride in providing the best customer service.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
