Job summary

Hope Services in Silicon Valley seeks an Associate Program Administrator to enhance program and service quality across clinical and financial aspects, monitoring targeted ongoing programs and ensuring completeness of medical records. The role provides back-up support to management on the quality of clinical work within Counseling programs, supports data gathering and tabulation for research and outcome reports, and assists with implementing an EHR in the front office.

Must be Spanish-speaking.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree required.
• Proven ability to manage projects and supervise data quality.
• Interest or experience in clinical settings and research.

Responsibilities

• Manage special projects or contracted services.
• Supervise quality of clinical records in Mental Health dept and analyze outcomes.
• Gather data on clinical outcomes and tabulate for reports.
• Provide counseling quality control by aligning billing with clinical records.
• Assist with EHR implementation in the front office.
• Coordinate as part of a multi-disciplinary team to meet client needs.
• Assist scheduling of clinical contacts and inquiries from clients.
