M&T Bank Corporation in Buffalo, New York seeks a Forward Deployed Product Owner for Employee Knowledge Management (EKM) within the Wilmington Trust footprint. You will own the EKM backlog, define governance, and translate how employees search for guidance into governed content and workflows.

You will lead low-code initiatives (Power Platform or Appian), oversee QA and production readiness, and drive reporting on content quality and lifecycle health. Hybrid/remote options apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience in business, analytics, digital product or knowledge management.
• Experience designing and improving enterprise content platforms like SharePoint Online or similar.
• Experience building workflows on low-code platforms and translating business needs into solutions.
• Knowledge of content governance, metadata, taxonomy and lifecycle management.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools to support analysis and drafting with human validation.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.

Responsabilités

• Own the EKM product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria and release-ready requirements.
• Design and continuously improve the EKM platform ecosystem, including SharePoint Online and publishing workflows.
• Maintain the governed catalog and lifecycle processes with tagging, reviews and attestation tracking.
• Collaborate with business lines and SMEs to define requirements and align with future state processes.
• Support content development, restructuring and improvement of procedural content.
• Leverage AI-assisted capabilities responsibly to accelerate content activities with human validation.
• Establish dashboards and metrics for content coverage, quality and platform effectiveness.
• Own solution quality, testing, production readiness and ongoing operational support.
• Provide ownership after implementation, including troubleshooting and platform administration.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with risk, regulatory and company values.
