Job summary

ADUSA Procurement is seeking a Procurement & Logistics professional to ensure retail service levels, coordinating with vendors on product flow and monitoring DOS and OSA targets.

The role includes a flexible/hybrid schedule with 3 in-person days and 2 remote days, requiring collaboration with the Advantage team, Demand Systems Specialists, and store operations to optimize inventory and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics or related field.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of supply chain processes.
• RelEx knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all RelEx daily, weekly, monthly workflows to achieve service level targets.
• Monitor and ensure timely execution of all planned product allocations.
• Analyze system exceptions for root cause.
• Manage inventory to achieve DOS, obsolete, and product freshness targets.
• Execute and monitor purchase orders-including on time and in full metrics.
• Collaborate with Advantage team and Demand Systems Specialists on vendor efficiency programs.
• Develop a plan to address overstocks and excess inventory with Merchandising.
• Coordinate with suppliers and store operations on availability, freshness, and recalls.
