Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excel proficiency from intermediate to advanced levels.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and RELEX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all RELEX daily, weekly, monthly workflows to achieve service level targets.
• Monitor execution of all planned product allocations; ensure timely actions.
• Analyze system exceptions for root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Manage inventory to meet DOS, obsolete, and product freshness targets.
• Execute and monitor purchase orders with on-time and in-full metrics.
• Collaborate with forecast analysts and vendors on efficiency programs.
• Address overstocks and excess inventory with merchandising and suppliers.
• Communicate inventory issues promptly to supervisors and cross-functional teams.
• Support overall procurement operations and adapt to changing business needs.
