Job summary

ADUSA Procurement, part of the Ahold Delhaize USA family, seeks a Procurement & Logistics professional to optimize product flow, manage DOS and OSA targets, and partner with vendors to improve vendor fill rate. Hybrid work includes 3 in-person days and 2 remote days, with US work authorization required.

Responsibilities include managing Relex workflows, monitoring allocations, and analyzing exceptions to drive inventory and service level improvements across multiple brands and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or related business field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 0-3 years of experience in a related role.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and knowledge of supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Relex daily, weekly, monthly workflows to meet service level targets.
• Monitor and ensure timely execution of planned product allocations.
• Analyze system exceptions to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Manage inventory to achieve DOS, obsolete and freshness targets.
• Execute and monitor purchase orders (OTIF).
• Collaborate with Demand Systems Specialists on vendor efficiency programs.
