Job summary

ADUSA Procurement in Quincy, MA is seeking a skilled procurement logistics specialist to manage vendor product flow, DOS targets, and on-shelf availability. The role collaborates with Demand Systems and Merchandising to optimize inventory and forecast accuracy, while addressing issues with suppliers and QA teams.

This hybrid position requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and experience in supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Oral and written communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Working knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
• RELEX knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all RELEX workflows daily, weekly, monthly to meet service level targets.
• Monitor/product allocations and ensure timely execution.
• Analyze system exceptions for root causes.
• Manage inventory to hit DOS and freshness targets.
• Execute and monitor purchase orders on time and in full.
• Collaborate with Demand Systems Specialists on vendor efficiency programs.
• Plan to address overstocks and excess inventory with Merchandising.
• Coordinate with suppliers, QA, Store Ops and Risk Management on availability and recalls.
• Inform supervisors on inventory transactions and issues.
