Job summary

ADUSA Procurement, a partner company to Ahold Delhaize USA, seeks a Procurement & Logistics professional in Hyattsville, MD to optimize inventory, support vendor product flow, and achieve DOS/OSA goals. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising and Demand Systems.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in statistics or a related field, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with supply chain processes.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Proficient in Excel and data analysis for inventory planning.
Understanding of supply chain processes and vendor relations.
Experience with RELEX is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage all Relex workflows to meet service level targets.
Monitor product allocations and ensure timely execution.
Analyze system exceptions to identify root causes.
Manage inventory to achieve DOS, obsolete, and freshness targets.
Process and monitor purchase orders on time and in full.
Collaborate with Demand Systems and Merchandising on efficiency programs.
Address overstocks with the Merchandising team.
Coordinate with suppliers and store ops to ensure product availability and recalls readiness.
Communicate inventory issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
Explain forecast variance with Forecast Analysts and support marketing strategies.
Perform additional duties to meet business needs.
