Job summary

ADUSA Procurement in the United States (Scarborough, ME area) seeks a procurement and logistics professional to optimize product flow from suppliers to the warehouse. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics or related field or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in procurement and logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Relex daily, weekly, monthly workflows to meet service level targets.
• Monitor and ensure timely execution of all planned product allocations.
• Analyze system exceptions for root cause.
• Manage inventory to achieve DOS, obsolete, and product freshness targets.
• Execute and monitor purchase orders with on-time and in-full performance.
• Collaborate with Advantage team and Demand Systems Specialists on vendor efficiency programs.
• Develop a plan to address overstocks and leftover sale excess inventory with Merchandising.
• Coordinate with suppliers, Quality Control, Supply Chain operations, store divisional operations, and Risk Management on product availability, freshness, and recalls.
• Stay informed on supplier issues affecting category sales.
• Provide timely communication to supervisors about inventory transactions.
• Work with Forecast Analysts to explain forecast variance and support marketing strategies.
• Other duties as needed.
