Job summary

ADUSA Procurement is seeking a dedicated procurement and logistics professional to optimize product flow and vendor coordination. This role focuses on achieving DOS targets, on-shelf availability, and efficient purchase order execution while supporting vendor efficiency programs and inventory planning.

The position offers a flexible/hybrid schedule with three in-person days at core locations and two remote days, and requires US work authorization for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics or related field or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, with intermediate to advanced capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Relex daily, weekly, monthly workflows to hit service level targets.
• Monitor timely execution of planned product allocations.
• Analyze system exceptions for root causes.
• Manage inventory to meet DOS, obsolescence and freshness targets.
• Execute and monitor purchase orders with OTIF metrics.
• Collaborate with Forecast Analysts on forecast variance and promotions influence.
