Job summary

ADUSA Procurement in Salisbury, NC is seeking a procurement and logistics specialist to manage vendor product flow, DOS and OSA targets, and ensure on-time purchase orders while collaborating with supply chain partners.

The role blends data analysis with daily workflow management in a hybrid schedule: 3 in-person days at our Salisbury location and 2 remote days. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience with RELEX and advanced Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of supply chain processes.
• RELEX knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all RELEX workflows daily, weekly, and monthly to meet service level targets.
• Monitor and ensure timely execution of planned product allocations.
• Analyze system exceptions for root causes.
• Manage inventory to meet DOS, obsolete, and freshness targets.
• Execute and monitor purchase orders in full and on time.
• Collaborate with Demand Systems Specialists on efficiency programs.
