Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to optimize product flow, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams. The role emphasizes improving DOS, OSA, and OTIF metrics while leveraging Relex and Excel to analyze data and drive procurement decisions.

The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with 3 in-person days and 2 remote days, requiring full-time US work authorization.

Qualifications

Demand management practices.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel.
Working knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
Relex knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage all Relex daily, weekly, monthly workflows to meet service level targets.
Monitor and ensure timely execution of all planned product allocations.
Analyze system exceptions for root causes.
Manage inventory to meet DOS, obsolete, and freshness targets.
Execute and monitor purchase orders with OTIF metrics.
Collaborate on vendor efficiency programs and input rules in Relex.
Develop plans to address overstocks in collaboration with Merchandising.
Coordinate with suppliers, QC, operations, and Risk Management on product availability and recalls.
Stay informed on supplier issues impacting category sales and adapt orders accordingly.
Provide timely communication on inventory transactions and issues to supervisors.
Support forecasting analyses and marketing-influenced demand data.
