Job summary

ABB Inc. in New Berlin, Wisconsin, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to provide technical, order, and payment-related support to internal and external customers. You will coordinate with stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership and work to improve customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes AR management, dispute resolution, and process improvements using Salesforce, SAP, and Excel. You will track order delivery, support customer-facing tools, and collaborate with operations to ensure

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer service or general business.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as PowerBI and Excel (Pivot tables, power query, lookup formulas).
Experience with business applications/software (SAP, Salesforce, MS Office).
You are passionate about process improvement and data analytics.
Fluent in English with advance verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance to internal and external customers.
Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership.
Improve customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and process improvements.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable, resolve billing discrepancies, and accelerate payment.
Track orders from release to completion and coordinate with operations to ensure on-time delivery.
