ABB in Colorado is seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Owner to own the Order-to-Cash functions across SAP modules. You'll lead process development, implementation, and optimization while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams in a hybrid on-site and remote work model.

You will gather requirements, drive improvements in subscription and contract management, support end users, and coordinate with SAP regional centers and external consultants to prevent disruptions and deliver

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Systems.
• 10+ years as SAP business analyst or process owner.
• Strong ability to communicate and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SAP SD, MM, CS and Contract Management.
• Knowledge of SFDC application.
• Fluent English; cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in SAP and related systems.
• Gather requirements from internal customers and translate to SAP solutions.
• Drive improvements in subscription and contract management.
• Provide end-user support for Order-to-Cash activities.
• Collaborate with SAP regional center and external consultants to resolve issues.
• Document workflows and develop training materials.
