Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as PowerBI and Excel.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office software.
• Fluent in English with advanced verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable Management – monitor and manage outstanding customer balances and resolve billing issues.
• Dispute Resolution – investigate and resolve customer disputes related to invoices, credits, pricing, and product issues.
• Process Improvement & Automation – identify and implement process improvements, including Salesforce workflow enhancements and CRM optimization.
• Customer On-time Delivery – track orders and coordinate with operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Customer Facing Tool Support – provide escalation support for E-commerce tools and customer-facing apps.
