The ideal candidate will have a business degree and several years in customer service, with order management experience and strong computer skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business (or related field) or equivalent years of experience required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience in high-stress environments required.
• Experience with order management / order processing preferred; advanced computer skills required.
• Candidates must have US work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve customer issues including order, technical, and payment-related problems.
• Provide appropriate solutions and coordinate with related teams to handle requests (changes, expediting, credit management, tracking, account blocks).
• Collect and archive order documentation and record decisions in systems.
• Analyze statistics and forecasts using available tools to inform decisions.
