Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Chicago, IL seeks a Relationship Manager for its Private Client practice. You will provide expert guidance to a group of private clients and act as their advocate, working independently with strong problem-solving skills. This full-time exempt role emphasizes client service and leadership within a growing team.

The role requires 5+ years in client management, a P&C license, and proficiency with MS Office. Sagitta and ImageRight experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School / GED education required; P&C Insurance License required.
• 5+ years client management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, etc.
• Sagitta (ATS) and ImageRight experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service to Private Clients.
• Collaborate with Private Client Relationship Managers, Account Managers, and leadership.
• Participate in thought leadership as EPIC grows private client practice.
• Mentor and lead Private Client Associates.
• Develop relationships with carriers and manage renewals from start to close.
• Deliver thorough renewal reviews and identify sales opportunities.
