EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Melville, NY is seeking a Relationship Manager for EPIC Private Client. You will provide exceptional service, act as a trusted advisor to a group of private clients, and independently solve problems while collaborating with Account Managers, Private Client Associates and leadership to grow the practice.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; P&C insurance license required.
• At least 5 years of client management experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
• Sagitta (ATS) and ImageRight experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Private Clients and provide exemplary service.
• Collaborate with Private Client Relationship Managers, Account Managers, and leadership.
• Participate in thought leadership as EPIC grows the practice.
• Mentor Private Client Associates and develop carrier relationships.
• Manage renewal activity and deliver renewal reviews.
• Identify sales opportunities by account planning and remarket accounts.
