Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of sales, customer service and/or logistics experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce) required.

Aufgaben

• Perform outbound sales calls, including cold-calling, lead follow-up and qualification to build a portfolio of buying customers.
• Build relationships with potential new customers and identify supply chain requirements.
• Generate and penetrate leads to capture new business through multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
• Maintain a full pipeline of opportunities and update Salesforce with activities, leads and follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed KPI targets including revenue growth, gross profit and load counts.
• Utilize CRM tools to forecast and prioritize sales opportunities to achieve goals.
