The Pricing Specialist II at TOTE Group will support revenue growth by crafting competitive pricing for LTL, TL, and logistics services, while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to meet customer needs and company goals.

You will leverage MS Office tools, pricing processes, and CRM systems to respond to inquiries, present solutions, and drive sales performance. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three to five years of customer service, sales, or pricing experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and CRM familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Establish competitive rates and quotes for LTL, TL, and logistics services.
• Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and support sales team.
• Input sales activity into CRM and prepare professional customer presentations.
