Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field.
• 5 years of directly related experience in financial analysis, billing, accounting or similar type work.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services firm desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with Firm Partners, Business Development and Pricing Leadership to develop rate proposals, fee estimates and pricing options in response to client RFPs and ad-hoc requests.
• Identify rate renewal opportunities, develop proposals, obtain Practice Group approval and communicate/submit by deadlines.
• Mentor and provide direction to Pricing Analysts on the team.
• Develop models to assess financial impact and profitability of pricing proposals and assist in creating creative pricing solutions.
