Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field required.
• Minimum 5 years of directly related experience in financial analysis, billing, accounting or similar work.

Responsibilities

• Develop rate proposals, fee estimates and pricing options in response to client RFPs and ad-hoc requests.
• Identify rate renewal opportunities and obtain necessary approvals, then communicate submissions by deadlines.
• Mentor Pricing Analysts and provide direction to the team.
• Create models to assess financial impact and profitability of pricing proposals; propose creative pricing solutions.
• Analyze historical matters with partners to identify risks and drivers of fee magnitude, informing pricing models.
• Support development of systems, tools, budgeting templates and processes for pricing, discounting and renewals.
• Ensure billing system setup and documentation captures pricing arrangements and client notes.
• Communicate progress, wins, and risks to Pricing/Firm Leadership timely.
• Engage in special projects supporting Firm strategic initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet Firm goals.
