Job summary

Dassault Systèmes in the United States is seeking a Pre-sales Solution Engineer for the DELMIAWORKS ERP suite on the East Coast. You will partner with the sales team to craft tailored demonstrations and translate customer needs into technical requirements.

You will deliver product demonstrations, respond to technical inquiries, develop POC demonstrations, and create technical documentation. The role requires manufacturing process knowledge and ERP experience, with travel as needed and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 3–5 years in pre-sales or technical sales in ERP/MES/MOM/QMS.
• Proven experience with manufacturing companies and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably ERP for manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to understand prospect requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations of ERP software.
• Respond to technical inquiries with clear explanations.
• Develop and deliver proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements for development.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and competitive analyses.
• Provide training and support to the sales team on product features.
• Contribute to sales tools and resources.
• Work with product management, development and implementation teams.
• Provide field feedback to influence product development and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with project managers to define scopes of work.
