Job summary

Dassault Systemes, the 3DEXPERIENCE Company, seeks an Industry Process Consultant to join our DELMIA team, supporting the technical sales strategy for DELMIA Apriso and the broader 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will collaborate with sales, services, R&D, and partners to develop solution strategies and demonstrate business value.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Professional experience: Manufacturing operations, MES/MOM implementation, solution consulting, technical sales, or enterprise digital transformation; complex enterprise software sales cycles desirable.
• Manufacturing and technical expertise: Understanding of production execution, quality, logistics, traceability, work instructions, and enterprise architecture is expected.
• Software and integration knowledge: MES/MOM platforms integration with ERP, automation, historians, engineering, and enterprise apps; DELMIA Apriso/3DEXPERIENCE familiarity advantageous.
• Business and communication skills: Ability to communicate complex manufacturing concepts to executives and technical audiences, translate requirements into strategies, demonstrate value.
• Collaboration and leadership: Strategic, self-directed, adaptable, travel willing.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement and discovery with executives and plant-floor experts to assess processes and identify transformation opportunities.
• Lead technical sales and solution strategy by shaping opportunities, value propositions, and demonstrations through workshops and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Design manufacturing solution concepts by translating requirements into MES/MOM architectures integrating ERP and enterprise systems.
• Align solution strategy with delivery by coordinating with DELMIA services and partners to validate feasibility and identify risks.
• Demonstrate industry expertise and thought leadership with reference architectures and reusable sales assets.
• Influence business outcomes by building relationships with stakeholders and expanding DELMIA's footprint in strategic accounts.
