Job summary

GoEngineer, Inc. is hiring a MES Solutions Engineer for a pre-sales role focused on DELMIAWORKS manufacturing software. You will partner with our sales team on longer-term engagements and provide technical support through the sales cycle.

You will deliver tailored demonstrations across MES functions, translate requirements into solutions, and collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Success on implementations and post-sale support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, information systems, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience in manufacturing software or related roles.
• Understanding of MES, production planning and scheduling, inventory and analytics in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support for DELMIAWORKS alongside the sales team.
• Qualify opportunities and develop technical sales strategies; lead discovery meetings.
• Deliver DELMIAWORKS demonstrations covering production management, inventory, quality, scheduling, and operations.
• Translate customer requirements into solution approaches and support evaluations, RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.
• Identify integration opportunities between ERP, MES, CAD, PLM, CRM, and other systems.
• Collaborate with Professional Services on project handoffs and with Customer Success during early adoption.
• Build relationships with vendor partners and support the team during onboarding.
• Support webinars, trade shows, and customer events; create videos/blogs for Sales support.
• Document activity and stay current on manufacturing trends, ERP, and MOM/MES technologies.
