Job summary

GoEngineer is seeking a MES Solutions Engineer in the United States for a pre-sales role focused on DELMIAWORKS manufacturing software. You will partner with the sales team on longer-term customer engagements, help scope larger deals, and provide technical support through post-sales activities.

The role requires translating customer requirements into DELMIAWORKS solutions, leading discovery calls, and delivering demonstrations of production management, inventory, scheduling, and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, information systems, business, or related field.
• At least three years of experience in manufacturing software, applications engineering, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of MES, production planning, inventory and supply chain, quality management, shop floor operations, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support for DELMIAWORKS, collaborating with the sales team on longer engagements.
• Qualify opportunities with Account Managers and lead discovery meetings to assess customer processes.
• Deliver tailored DELMIAWORKS demos covering production, inventory, scheduling, and reporting.
• Translate customer requirements into solution approaches and support evaluations, RFPs, and proposals.
• Identify integrations between ERP, MES, CAD/PLM, CRM, and automation systems.
