Job summary

Redi-Group North America is seeking an PMO Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a structured PMO in an automotive manufacturing setting. You will coordinate governance, reporting, stakeholder communication, risk management and the development-to-production handover process, ensuring information is complete and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or PMO support.
• Experience maintaining project trackers, risk registers, stakeholder information, meeting documentation and status reporting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to consolidate project data into reports.
• Fluent English communication with cross-functional and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain PMO processes, tools, templates and governance routines.
• Coordinate development-to-production handover activities and verify information, responsibilities, risks, open topics and readiness before handover.
• Create and maintain stakeholder registers with roles, communication needs and escalation paths.
• Create, maintain and monitor risk and issue registers with ownership and deadlines.
• Create and maintain Lists of Open Points, action registers and decision logs; follow up on overdue items.
• Coordinate project communication management, meetings, minutes and follow-up between development and production teams.
• Prepare and maintain operational and management-level project reporting including status, milestones, risks and handover readiness.
• Consolidate project information from cross-functional stakeholders and ensure data quality before reporting.
• Track milestones, dependencies and handover deliverables; address deviations and missing inputs.
• Maintain PMO documentation for traceability and governance across the portfolio.
• Support PMO process improvements based on feedback and trends.
