Job summary

redi-Group North America LLC is seeking a PMO Project Coordinator to support a structured PMO within an automotive manufacturing setting. The role coordinates governance, reporting, stakeholder communication, risk management, and development-to-production handover activities, working closely with the Senior PMO Lead and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or related roles.
• Experience maintaining project trackers, risk registers and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain PMO processes, tools, and governance routines.
• Coordinate development-to-production handover activities and ensure readiness.
• Create and maintain stakeholder registers with roles, comms needs, and escalation paths.
• Maintain project risk and issue registers with ownership and timelines.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and handover deliverables; raise delays early.
