The role coordinates with supply chain, production engineering, test engineering, planning and contract manufacturing, ensuring on-time delivery and readiness for mass production.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Project Management, ability to lead multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• 3-5 years’ experience in electronic manufacturing industry.
• 3-5 years familiarity with NPI processes and manufacturing readiness coordination.
• 1-3 years’ experience working with contract manufacturers and/or OEM vendors.
• 1-3 years’ experience working with supply chain teams to develop long lead mitigation strategies.
• 3-5 years’ experience contributing to PMO process improvement initiatives.
• Strong Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power BI skills

Responsibilities

• Create project plans for procurement, prototype builds, production support equipment and mass production for launching new products
• Manage and control projects, measure and communicate progress against the baseline plan
• Identify and document project risks. Develop risk mitigation plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables and schedules.
• Lead product reviews and Launch Readiness reviews
• Coordinate the production plans with the supply /demand teams, identify impacted products and plans to transition from the old to new products.
• Coordinate transfers of products to contract manufacturers for mass production
• Support PMO process improvements, reporting enhancements, and cross-functional coordination initiatives.
