The role coordinates project governance, reporting, stakeholder communication, risk and open-point management, and development-to-production handover activities. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager / PMO Lead, project owners, development teams and production stakeholders, the coordinator ensures project information is complete, transparent, current and actively followed through closure. Work model: Hybrid, approximately 70% on-site and 30% remote. The position is expected to maintain a strong on-site presence to support project teams, facilitate cross-functional alignment and ensure timely follow-up of project topics. The role supports multiple projects and interfaces, including projects transitioning from development organizations into production.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Create and maintain stakeholder registers for assigned projects, including stakeholder roles, communication needs, decision interfaces and escalation paths.
  • Create, maintain and actively follow project risk and issue registers. Ensure risks include clear ownership, mitigation actions, target dates and escalation when required.
  • Create and maintain Lists of Open Points (LOPs), action registers and decision logs. Proactively follow up with action owners, challenge overdue items and elevate critical or unresolved topics.

  • Consolidate project information from cross-functional stakeholders and verify data quality, completeness and consistency before reporting or escalation.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, due dates and handover deliverables. Identify schedule deviations or missing inputs early and coordinate corrective follow-up with responsible stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and PMO records to support traceability, transparency, lessons learned and repeatable project governance across the project portfolio.
  • Support continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, reporting methods and handover standards based on project feedback, lessons learned and recurring execution gaps.
