Job summary

• 5–8+ years of experience supporting PLM platforms, engineering systems, product data management, or configuration management functions
• Experience supporting advanced manufacturing, industrial, electronics, semiconductor, or data center infrastructure environments
• Strong understanding of:
• Product Lifecycle Management
• BOM administration
• Configuration management
• Document control processes
• Experience participating in PLM implementations, upgrades, or enterprise transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and operational stakeholders

The PLM Lead is responsible for the implementation, administration, optimization, and operational support of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform supporting manufacturing operations.

This role serves as the primary liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management, and the Digital Systems Integration organization to ensure product data, engineering documentation, change management processes, and configuration control activities are effectively managed throughout the product lifecycle.

Working under the direction of the Operations Manager – Digital Systems Integration, the PLM Lead is responsible for ensuring accurate management of product structures, bills of material (BOMs), engineering change processes, documentation control, configuration management, and release workflows that support both Assembly and Fabrication operations.
