Job summary

Lam Research Corporation is seeking a PLM Solution Manager to lead digital transformation of the product development lifecycle. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of digital transformation, enterprise architecture, PLM, or engineering systems leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital transformation roadmap for the product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
• Define and architect future-state business processes, data models, and technology capabilities across the ITR value stream.
• Drive adoption of PLM, PPM, MBSE, Digital Twins, Virtual Build, and NPI practices.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align strategy, processes, and systems for efficiency.
• Architect and implement integrated solutions using Teamcenter, NX, Opcenter, SAP, Dassault, and related apps.
• Enable ETO and CTO capabilities through scalable product architecture and digital thread strategies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI/ML to enhance decision-making and speed to market.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Quoting, and IT.
• Drive governance, change management, and stakeholder alignment for adoption of new processes and tech.
• Influence data-driven product development and systems engineering best practices.
