Job summary

Member Driven Technologies is seeking a Platform Operations Coordinator to oversee upgrades, patches, and releases for multiple client platforms. The role collaborates with internal and external teams to coordinate, upgrade, and support platforms, monitoring for new features and coordinating implementation.

The candidate will develop and manage platform update plans, serve as a subject matter expert, and assist with client quotes and ticket assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Five or more (5+) years of experience in financial institution core processing.
• Five or more (5+) years of experience with the Symitar core platform.
• Experience managing multiple projects at once.
• Two (2) years of related programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and oversee upgrades of credit union user platforms, including service packs and major releases.
• Administer platforms by adding new users and performing tasks as assigned.
• Organize and open prep tickets for events and track related activities and documentation.
• Oversee upgrade, patching, and release events and ensure checklists are up to date.
• Collaborate with training and communications teams to provide release training and client updates.
