THE·TEAM seeks a Senior Manager to drive technology innovation and operations for the Creators business. You will ensure core platforms run reliably and scale with growth, while translating business needs into future-state development and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, systems management, or related role.
• Experience with SaaS platforms (CRM, project management, workflow tools).
• Ability to translate business processes into clear system requirements and improvements.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing effectiveness, reliability, and scalability of core platforms.
• Coordinate platform needs and translate requests into actionable improvements.
• Partner with Agents and Business Development to support deal flow and growth.
• Design and document workflows, automations, and system configurations for efficiency.
• Establish platform standards and best practices in partnership with leadership.
• Identify friction points and propose scalable solutions aligned with priorities.
• Contribute to business requirements for future-state platform development.
• Partner with external developers and internal teams to translate needs into plans.
• Maintain continuity between current tools and future platform planning.
• Evaluate emerging technology and AI-enabled tools with a business-first lens.
• Support training materials, onboarding resources, and change management.
• Maintain regular stakeholder communication about priorities and needs.
