Job summary

Super Dispatch is seeking a Tech Lead Manager for the Platform squad. This hybrid leadership role combines deep technical ownership with people management, acting as the primary technical authority for platform infrastructure and driving architecture decisions, incidents, and reliability improvements.

You will lead a team of 4–5 engineers, own the platform roadmap, and collaborate with Security, Analytics, and Support teams.

Qualifications

Advanced-level English, especially speaking and writing.
7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in infrastructure/platform/SRE.
≥2 years of experience managing a team of 3–10 engineers.
Deep cloud infrastructure experience (GCP or AWS) and Kubernetes.
Production PostgreSQL experience, including replication and failover.
Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Responsibilities

Own platform architecture and technical direction for the Platform squad.
Lead incident response and drive reliability improvements.
Contribute code to platform services in Python, Go, or other languages.
Manage and grow the platform team, including 1:1s and performance reviews.
Coordinate with Security, Analytics, and Customer Support on governance and data protection.
