Job summary

MDT in Great Falls, MT, is seeking a Platform Operations Coordinator to maintain platforms from upgrade, patching, and release perspectives. This role collaborates with internal and external teams to coordinate, upgrade, oversee, and support multiple platforms.

Develops and manages platform update plans, and acts as SME for issue resolution and process optimization. Hybrid position with five on-site days per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of core processing in financial institutions.
• Experience with the Symitar platform and related programming basics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and oversee upgrades of client platforms and releases.
• Administer platforms by adding users and performing tasks.
• Organize prep tickets and maintain release documentation and checklists.
• Oversee scheduling and communication for maintenance windows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, quality execution.
