Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two years of successful pharma or life science sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, virtual engagement tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance through a blend of virtual and in‑person engagements with healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, key accounts, and client stakeholders to support territory growth.
• Deliver compliant, value-based product education and clinical information tailored to customer needs.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans using market insights and sales data to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated customer experience and support customer pull-through initiatives.
• Maintain timely and accurate CRM documentation, reports, and activity records.
• Participate in client and Amplity training programs, meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Manage resources and promotional budgets in line with company guidelines.
• Travel 30%+ as required to support engagements, training, and coverage.
