Job summary

Amplity Health is seeking a Hybrid Sales Representative to drive product awareness and sales across an assigned region, blending virtual and in-person engagements with healthcare professionals. The role supports client programs, manages territory plans, and requires travel including overnights.

The position offers a base salary range of $90,000 to $93,000 with compensation determined by experience, location, and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two years of successful pharma or life science sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, virtual engagement tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience conducting both virtual and in-person customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Account Management: Drive sales performance through virtual and in-person engagements with healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, key accounts, and client stakeholders.
• Deliver compliant, value-based product education and clinical information tailored to customer needs.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans using market insights and data.
• Maintain timely CRM documentation, reports, and activity records.
