Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years pharma or life sciences sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed performance goals in dynamic markets.
• Experience with CRM platforms, virtual engagement tools, MS Office, and Teams.
• Experience conducting virtual and in-person customer interactions.
• Willingness to travel 30% or more and work across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance through a mix of virtual and in-person engagements with healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with HCPs, accounts, and stakeholders to support territory growth.
• Deliver compliant, value-based product education and clinical information.
• Develop territory and account plans using market insights and data to maximize opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for a seamless customer experience and pull-through initiatives.
• Maintain CRM records and participate in client and Amplity training programs.
