Job summary

Amplity Health is seeking a Hybrid Sales Representative to drive product awareness and customer engagement across an assigned region, blending virtual and in-person interactions with healthcare professionals. Based in the United States, this role supports a client and reports to the Amplity Sales Manager.

The position requires about 30% travel, including overnight trips, with remote and field responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of two years of successful pharma or life science sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
Proven ability to compete in dynamic market environments and drive results through strategic customer engagement.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, virtual engagement tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams.
Experience conducting both virtual and in-person customer interactions.
Experience working with multiple products or managing multiple priorities.
Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive sales performance by promoting assigned products via virtual and in-person engagements.
Build and maintain relationships with HCPs, key accounts, and client stakeholders to grow territory.
Deliver compliant, value-based product education tailored to customer needs.
Develop and execute territory and account plans using market insights and data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated customer experience and support pull-through initiatives.
Maintain a patient-focused approach while balancing commercial objectives with program support.
