Job summary

SSOE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Industrial Facilities Design team. The role focuses on shaping high-performance manufacturing facilities, collaborating with in-house engineering and architecture teams from scope development to commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 10+ years of experience in the design industry, with 5+ years as a Project Manager.
• Experience in designing major industrial capital projects is preferred.
• Strong contract management knowledge and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline projects across all phases, ensuring effective team development, coordination, and performance.
• Manage client relationships to exceed expectations and serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery.
• Define project scope, develop work plans, allocate resources, and align team capabilities with project needs.
• Execute projects within approved budget, scope, and schedule, following the Project Execution Plan and procedures.
• Oversee technical, cost, and schedule performance ensuring quality standards and contractual requirements.
