Job summary

You will partner with field marketing and senior leadership, review complex risks, mentor staff, and implement risk management plans.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate personal lines underwriting staff to facilitate growth and profitability.
• Ensure timely decision making, proper risk selection, pricing, and monitoring of business.
• Build and maintain strong agency relationships and collaborate with field marketing.
• Review complex underwriting inquiries and approve risks beyond staff authority.
• Lead performance reviews and develop team members to achieve results.
• Participate in audits, share best practices, and drive process improvements.
