Bearingstar, part of the Arbella Insurance Group, is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support personal lines clients in Massachusetts. After a 90-day in-house training, this role can be hybrid with several days in the office and some from home.

Ideal candidates have experience in personal lines, MA Property & Casualty license encouraged, and strong communication skills to explain coverages and assess risk with clients and professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Lines insurance preferred.
• Massachusetts Property & Casualty license encouraged.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on insurance needs and explain coverages.
• Identify risk exposures and qualify prospects.
• Maintain renewal review processes for policies and marketing renewals.
• Serve as first contact for claim information and inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
